Apex Camps Sunshine Coast offers one of the most adventurous birthday party packages on the Sunshine Coast! Kids are sure to have a blast taking part in our outdoor activities, with activities for all ages from 5 and above. 

Please choose from the following based on a 3-hour or 4-hour birthday party.

3-HOUR PARTY

Includes

  • Up to 20 people per group
  • One 2-hour adventure activity OR two 1-hour combo (C) adventure activities 
    (please choose from the list below)
  • One hour of stay and play in designated park areas after your activity
  • Your choice of birthday lunch, drinks and snacks (optional)
  • Cake with candles (optional)
  • Party and table decorations (optional)
  • Friendly staff to host your event from start to finish
  • Extra activities or combo activities may be added for an additional cost 
  • FREE downloadable birthday party invitations 
  • All guests receive a $10 Gift Voucher* towards a School Holiday Adventure

Additional Information for Planning Your Party

  • Please note, combo activities are as detailed - any combo options not listed are not possible within the set time frames. If you are after an alternative combo, consider combining a 3-hour birthday party with an additional 2-hour activity or combo activity.
  • Please see the downloadable birthday party invitations for Items to Bring. An Activity Waiver is also required to be signed for each person participating in the activities.
  • Please be sure that all guests arrive on time. Your activity instructor will be onsite setting up your activity - please wait in the bus shelter on arrival and they will come to collect your group.
  • The order of combo activities is determined by our staff based on what works best within the set time frames.
  • There may be another party being celebrated after yours, so we’d appreciate your cooperation in promptly vacating the venue at the end of the booked time.

Note: Bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit. Numbers must be confirmed and final payment made 7 days prior and is non-refundable. You will be able to add guests at any time, including on the day of your party by cash payment (except where catering is to be provided to additional guests in which case we require all attendees at the time of final payment).
